I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Michigan, with a Master of Science in Counseling degree specializing in Mental Health. Over the past nine years, I have helped adults navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and family issues. My experience also includes working with teens in residential treatment for sexually harmful behaviors and supporting children and adults who have experienced abuse or neglect.
In addition to counseling services, I specialize in conducting immigration evaluations for USCIS applications, including extreme hardship waivers, VAWA, U-Visas, and asylum cases. These evaluations provide the detailed documentation necessary to support individuals and families through the immigration process with compassion and professionalism.
I’ve provided individual, group, family, and couples therapy, addressing issues such as trauma, victimization, coping skills, forgiveness, self-esteem, conflict resolution, family reunification, and relapse prevention. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, empathetic environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, develop problem-solving skills, and find strategies for conflict resolution.
In therapy, I use evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also integrate Client-Centered Therapy, a humanistic approach that empowers you to discover solutions and achieve self-growth with compassionate support.
Whether you're seeking to improve your well-being, navigate life’s challenges, or need an immigration evaluation, I am here to provide expert support on your journey toward healing, growth, and success.
